The story poetically paints a picture of war torn Syria through the life of 18 year old Salama who has lost everything and everyone she holds dear. Wracked with survivor's guilt, she refuses to leave the place she calls home, until the war comes knocking to her doorstep and she is forced to accept the inevitable and confront her fears.
